We are looking for the next member of our growing team, a passionate and driven sales professional who knows how to close deals while also building client relationships. Our Sales Executive will deliver professional demos to warm, actively seeking, and ready to purchase leads. And the best part? You will be doing it all while working from the comfort of your home (as long as you live within 30 miles from the Olympia/Lacey area, of course). We work hard to retain all the amazing team members. Longevity and tenure with AestheticsPro are a constant goal!

What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Conduct compelling demonstrations of AestheticsPro Software to clients looking for a better way to optimize their Medical Spa business. No cold calls. Warm leads are provided to you.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and provide them with information about the features and benefits of AestheticsPro.
  • Promote, sell, and secure contracts.
  • Work to meet and/or exceed personal and team sales goals.
  • Socialize successful sales tactics to your Sales Team.

Experience & Preferred Skills:

  • Four (4) years of sales experience is preferred. One (1) year required.
  • Motivation for sales and the desire to meet required sales goals.
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to develop sales strategies.
  • Closing skills, sales planning, prospecting skills, persistence, and organization.
  • Confidence in a target-driven environment, tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Bring drive and passion! We will provide the tools and knowledge necessary to be successful.
  • Professional, friendly attitude with a goal-oriented work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of back-office tools such as Microsoft TEAMs, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Live within 30 Miles of the Olympia/Lacey, WA area.

Education:

  • High School, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in field related to position. Experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Compensation:

  • Full-time salary position -$50,000 to $102,000 annually w/ commission, dependent on qualifications.
